Gabi began her conveyancing career back in 2001 where she started out as an outside clerk for Champion Settlements. Over the years she has worked hard, moving her way through various roles, from personal assistant, strata manager assistant, junior conveyancer, senior conveyancer, licensed conveyancer, conveyancing manager and now, Director, owner/operator of her company SETTLEMENTbox.

Gabi has been a dedicated member of the AICWA for many years and has a professional affiliation with PEXA . Having achieved her Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) accreditation she also served some time on the CPC committee. She remains well-informed about the latest developments in the industry and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Every month, we're dedicated to giving back. As part of our settlement process, our clients can choose a charity below, and we'll happily donate $25.00 to that charity on their behalf, creating a positive impact together.

Lifeline is a non-profit organisation that provides free, 24-hour telephone crisis support service in Australia. Volunteer crisis supporters provide suicide prevention services, mental health support and emotional assistance, not only via telephone but face-to-face and online.

With the help of more than 500+ active volunteers, Feed it Forward collect food from supermarkets and food donors more than 365 times per week, distributing to the homeless, the elderly, daycares, families in need, school breakfast clubs, soup kitchens, church groups, men & women refuges plus other community groups.

Fresh Start is an addiction treatment centre in Perth, Western Australia. Fresh Start grew out of a commitment to help drug users and their families recover from drug dependence here in Perth, Western Australia. Fresh Start concentrates on detox and developing a drug-free lifestyle.
